Drager PA91 and PA94 Working BA Sets

We offer an outstanding selection of ergonomically designed breathing apparatus sets for industrial, maritime and professional applications. The carrying system has been orthopedically designed to follow the contours of the back in order to concentrate the weight down onto the hips. This combines with the very latest materials to produce a lightweight set, proven to reduce wearer fatigue. All our sets are supplied with a lightweight composite cylinder.

The sets can be used with either 200 or 300 bar cylinders. The Drager positive pressure lung demand valve is of balanced piston design and is first breath activated.

Drager High Performance Composite Cylinders

Drager offer a range of lightweight composite cylinders fitted as standard to the working sets. An alternative to steel, these cylinders provide a major weight saving benefit to the user.

Manufactured under full computer control, composite cylinders are made from aluminium liners wrapped in carbon fibre with a glass overwrap. The process is automatically recorded for full traceability.

Drager Airpak and Colt (Airline Systems)

Operations lasting several hours are possible using the Airpak. This equipment can be used for a variety of applications where several users need to be supplied simultaneously. Long duration maintenance tasks including sewer treatment and decontamination work can now be carried out.

The apparatus has a robust steel frame and stainless steel fittings. The universal pressure reducer is suitable for both 200 and 300 bar, and has a 5-year service interval. Other safety features include a high-pressure whistle warning unit and quick release couplings.

The user is attached to the airline system by way of the Colt escape set. A compact purpose designed fully adjustable shoulder harness and waist belt incorporating a 10 or 15 minute escape set.
